Hi everyone, thanks for visiting and welcome.  Yes I’m still working on my ebook.  Yes it’s coming along slowly.  Yes I am making progress.  Yes it will be finished.

I have to say with the John Thornhill Masterclass Program there is never a dull moment.  There is always something to learn, look up, research on the Internet, find out about.

You can go to the masterclass forum get help when needed develop relationships and learn even more.  There is also the Masterclass help desk which is just as valuable.  You have all the resources right in front of you.

The  key is you have to apply yourself.  You must be willing to work and your knowledge will grow.  You’ll even get to meet some very cool people.  The Masterclass program gives you a direction, it guides you, it makes you ask questions and gives you a very good way to get answers.  It does keep you busy and  productive, only if you apply yourself.  The best part is you can go at you own pace.

Week 16 of the John Thornhill Masterclass Program  is about adding value to your finished ebook.  Usually marketers finish their ebook and sell it with out realizing they can offer more value if they added video, audio or both.  Also provide work sheets and check lists.

Video- John Thornhill introduces us to what he uses to make instructional videos.  This is different than my blue video banner ad on the top right up there- Video Web Wizard.

Video Web Wizard is a real easy way to put any video you have on any web page you have or are creating without the use of Youtube.  You won’t  have a Youtube mark on your video.  It even creates a web page for you where you can easily insert your video.  This post is not about Video Web Wizard.  Click on the blue banner to get more information if you like.

To  record on screen activity and turn that activity into a video so you can show someone exactly how to do something John Thornhill uses a program called Camtasia.  It’s a bit pricey but it is a very useful tool to have.

Simply put, you can teach using Camtasia.  You are actually guiding people by the hand showing them how to do something through your voice and mouse movement.

Audio- A lot of people may not know this but windows comes with a voice recorder.  Look around for it by clicking on your start button and then go to all programs.  Then go to accessories  look for voice recorder.  If you can’t find it click on entertainment and it should be there.

If you don’t have a voice recorder  John Thornhill  shows us a place where you can go on the web and get one free.  You can make a voice file of you reading your ebook for those people who like hearing your ebook at home, in the car, at the park, etc…

John Thornhill also suggests interviewing an expert and gives us a good way to find one.  Once we find one John Thorhill shows us a free program we can use to set up the interview.

Work Sheets- Give people written instruction.  For example in day one do this, in day two you are going to need to do that or in week one do this and so on.

Check lists- If you are going to have work sheets it’s good to have check lists where you can check off your completed tasks such as we have in the Masterclass program.

When creating an ebook ask yourself if you can add video and/or audio, worksheets and check lists to increase value.
